Cleanfix AG Sets Sight on Make in India; Forms JV with Schevaran Labs

This will be Cleanfix’s first ever manufacturing facility outside Switzerland; will be based in Mysore.

Cleanfix Reinigungssysteme AG (Cleanfix), the global leader in robotic hygiene and cleaning machines from Switzerland has announced its manufacturing-led joint venture with Mysore-based Schevaran Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. (Schevaran). The partnership will form a new entity CleanfixSchevaran Systems Pvt. Ltd., which will manufacture Swiss-technology backed world-class robotic cleaning machines and solutions designed for the modern Indian needs. The manufacturing will commence at Schevaran’s state-of-the-art plant at Mysore and will be the first Cleanfix facility outside Switzerland.

Eventually, we plan to export CleanfixSchevaran products to our South Asia and the Middle East markets as well.”

Currently, Cleanfix has its manufacturing unit in Henau, Switzerland. Schevaran’s Mysore plant will be Cleanfix’s first facility outside its homeland. The partnership will allow Cleanfix to transfer technical know-how to Schevaran. The arrays of machines that will be manufactured include Scrubber Dryers, Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaners etc.
