Great Place to Work®, the global authority in workplace culture assessment and recognition, following a successful assessment has certified CNH Industrial (India) Pvt. Ltd. in its 2020 company ranking in India.
Certification is determined via an assessment, two-thirds of the evaluation result derive from an employee survey –Trust Index© Employee Perspective – while the remaining one-third consists of a Culture Audit© – Management Perspective – questionnaire submitted by the Company’s Human Resources department outlining its current practices and policies.
