Netherlands-based Home Credit Group, a leading multi-channel consumer finance company with operations in CEE and Asia, has appointed a new Chief People Officer, Ms. Renata Mrazova to lead global HR operations. She will be based out of the Prague Headquarters in the Czech Republic and will be leading key strategic initiatives in building a robust framework of HR operations that encompasses talent acquisition & retention, organizational change management, employer branding, hiring, learning & development, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, and rewards for the Group and its subsidiaries present across the globe.
Commenting on the appointment, Home Credit Group Group CEO Mr. Ondrej Frydrych said, “Renata is a very talented professional and is well acquainted with our industry. Her wealth of knowledge and expertise is going to be a critical factor in steering this company in its next journey of growth. Renata is an active lecturer on topics relating to leadership, diversity and inclusion, and happiness in the workplace. She was listed several times among Forbes’ magazine’s rankings of the top 25 most influential businesswomen in the Czech Republic, where she took first place in 2014 and was also listed as one of the ten most successful Czech businesswomen of the preceding ten years. Renata is also credited to have written the foreword to the Czech translation of Facebook Chief Operating Officer, Sheryl Sandberg’s popular book, “Lean In” and is also the co-author of the recently published book “Amazing Women from a Small Country”, an illustrated children’s book telling the success stories of both historical and contemporary women who made an impact on the Czech lands.
